The bag looked great from the packaging. However, after a few months (light use with a thin laptop inside) the stitching came undone causing the shoulder strap and one of the zippers to fall off. According to other reviews, this is a common problem. The bag is now unusable. I contacted Brinch through Revain and received a reply asking for more information/photos. After replying with photos/description of the problem, I never heard back from Brinch, including no reply for further follow-up on my part. Summary: Poor quality, falls apart easily and Brinch doesn't stand behind their product. DO NOT BUY.
