Not a perfect fit or finish, but it worked.
I bought this specifically to repair my Xbox One Elite Series 1 controller. The fit was not 100% correct, I had to use the center piece (which covers the Xbox button) from my original controller and then a new button. The second problem was that the placket didn't fit. These replacement knobs have a silver finish compared to the chrome finish of the original knobs. However, using my center cap from my original controller and the buttons sold here, I got a 100% working controller, so I'm happy with the end result.
