I use it for cycling. I usually ride my bike early in the morning so it's not very bright outside. They come with clear lenses that gradually darken throughout the day. The changes are so gradual that you don't notice them. They don't fog up and are snug, but not too tight. I love the fact that they have an adjustable nose pad as well as the temples. - UPDATE - I'm so glad I got a second pair with orange lenses as the sun rises earlier. The orange lenses are great for highlighting details around you and the lenses darken to brown which is dark enough even for bright, sunny days. Tifosi Direct only sells lenses, but at $50 each, it's easy not to shop all Revain sunglasses for the same price (with a coupon code). Now I don't have to change lenses anymore. At $50 each, clear + orange (with coupon code), I still found it cheaper to buy two pairs of these sunglasses than other options (Oakley, Smith Optics, Rudy Project, etc.)
