ONE SIZE DOESN'T FIT ALL

There are two major flaws in these headphones: 1) I have a medium sized head and the headphones sit right over my ear holes on the maximum setting. Did Koss ever test them on humans before going into production? 2) When pulling the headband, the earbuds press into my ears so hard that I couldn't wear them for more than ten minutes before they became too strong. yes there are things You can modify these headphones to make them work. But why do we need to do that if Koss designed them correctly in the first place?
