I like that I can create multiple variations of the same email, allowing me to see which ones perform better. We've been using this for about 1 year now and haven't had any issues with it yet! There's nothing specific we dislike as much as we would have liked there to be. The amount of time saved is well worth the price of admission. If you don't already use Mailchimp or another similar service make sure you do before you get too attached to one tool because they all tend to evolve over time. As our market has gotten bigger and harder to reach I'm able to send out my emails at different times during my workday without worrying about hitting spam filters. I like that we can add our website as an extension for the product. We also have access to a lot of features with this software, I am not sure how much I would like if I could use fewer tools. It can be confusing at first because there are so many things to learn in order to get everything set up correctly. We are able to track all of our customers and create custom lists based on their behavior. This allows us to send them emails and follow up on issues they may have.
