To be honest, this may have been the best shower experience of my life. I bought a 1.8 GPM jet and will tell you the pressure feels stronger than my old 2.5L jet. The all-metal construction is just amazing. By weight it is clear that this is an expensive metal. That is very high quality. It is very easy to install. Use teflon tape and tighten all connections snugly but not over tight. Also, I've read reviews here complaining of a small trickle when the "jet" valves are closed. LOL Hey guys, that's what it was designed for. Hence the name "Jet" valve. In fact, the instructions state that when closed, the trickle valves will still pass 0.05 gallons of water per minute, or a simple trickle. Presumably this is a defense against censorship. Can't rate reliability as I've only had it a few days, but it's easily the most durable showerhead I've ever bought. The feel of the water and showers are amazing. In fact, I prefer to leave both the main head and the portable head open at all times. It's a full body experience and just so enjoyable. In my opinion, the minimalist design also looks very modern and looks great. I bought a brushed nickel and it looks pristine.
