Review on Syma X5SW-V3 WiFi FPV Drone with Camera 🚁 - 2.4Ghz 4CH 6-Axis Gyro RC Quadcopter in White by William Stevenson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

. Quad 5 stars for durability and ease of use/parts replacement

I gave this quad 5 stars for durability and ease of use/parts replacement. Parts are also very cheap. That being said, let me explain that I didn't buy this drone from Revain, I actually saw someone throw it away in the apartment complex where I work. He said "The engines are burned out." I see a lot of complaints about "burned engines" and it makes me laugh because 1: engines are not burned out and 2: replacement engines are only $1.39 here at Revain. .I charged the battery and then turned it on to see what was wrong with it and quickly realized that the two blades weren't turning with the others so I looked closer and unscrewed a small screw and saw The motor was no longer aligned with the blade gear (pic 3), which is easily remedied by pushing on the blade until the gears line up. After this was done with both "broken" blades, the quadcopter took off without much effort. Back in business! I think it's also important to say that this is the first drone I've ever flown! I've wanted one for a long time so I was very happy to find one that someone threw away. This quad is very easy to fly (takes a few minutes to get used to) and to my surprise I was able to handle it outdoors in snow and moderate winds. my cell phone, which is very important when flying when you can't see the drone. (Sometimes it takes a while for my phone to connect to the camera's WiFi.) It takes about two minutes and 16 small screws to disassemble this drone and expose the circuit board and cables. I removed the two red LEDs and two green ones (pic 1) and replaced them with a white headlight on the front (pic 2). I drilled an LED sized hole in the frame and put in a new light. Did! It was fun and easy to play around with and I plan to do more. I ended up crashing this ATV in the snow, down several flights of stairs, into my car, my cat, trees, mailboxes, whatever, I crashed into it multiple times and didn't even have to replace the blade. I am currently ordering large batteries for this quad and will be getting extra blades and motors for them because they are so cheap and I never want to fly this quad! Take this from whoever pulled this quad out of the trash. I haven't spent a dime, so I have no reason to lie or twist the truth. This quad is fun and the price is amazing
