Reading the reviews I was a bit apprehensive about trying them but if you cut them right and fit them right they do a good job. Legibility on them is decent, almost as sharp as my regular specialty reading glasses. I don't use them for extended reading (nor did I expect to), they're just extra reading inserts in my sunglasses so I don't have to pull my readers out every time I need to check my phone or read the label. assembly wasn't difficult at all, I carefully taped it, marked for cutting, removed, cut (with sharp scissors) and glued firmly. Let them dry for a few hours and they're ready to use. After a while, a blister can form under the insert, so I just take my sunglasses, wash them with soap in the sink, rearrange the inserts, and keep wearing them for a few more weeks. Lost a supplement once. Angry that he didn't notice. But I was lucky, my wife found him at home. I now wash my sunglasses regularly and put them back on.
