Three holes in base (Part O) do not align* with three holes in frame (Part P). Consequently, the stand cannot be assembled to accommodate the TV. As many other reviews are good, the current production batch may have a manufacturing defect. The current flaw, to be precise, is that the two (out of three) holes closest to the back edge of the base are too far apart. the company is aware of this. Let's see if the company sends a replacement base with holes drilled in the right places.* Also, the holes in the base don't line up with the holes in the corresponding accessories (parts R and Y) as per the installation guide.
