*UPDATE* I am pleased to report that I was able to work with this company to obtain a warranty charger. About a week later I got a new charger in the mail and it's been holding up well ever since. Excellent customer service with timely responses. It has only been 6 months and unfortunately this charger is failing. To be honest, I'm concerned about how this might have affected my laptop. It appeared to be charging normally up to that point. Now the charger in the charging unit quickly overheats, and the mechanism itself, which is connected to the computer. It starts and stops charging and feels hot. I'm worried this will mess up the internals of my computer! Just boring I would guess. I will try to get it back under warranty!
