***Update*** 3/17/19: I managed to get the other half spinning. Works perfectly! Love seeing it on super windy days! I'm surprised it doesn't take off! With sunlight at night, it creates a cool light show. Very happy with the purchase. I'm excited to get it for my front yard. Shot only on one side, turns at the slightest wind. Added lubrication and loosened the screw on the other side, but it still needs balancing. It's heavier on one side, so it stops in the same place at the bottom after manual rotation. Will try the magnetic balance suggested by someone else. Would return for a replacement but it's sold out and a third party is selling them for $299! Strange! PS: At night, my sunbeams reflect off the blades creating a shimmering light show! So add sunlight towards it for a nighttime show! Plus added!
