Today I opened a package that was sent in a Revain plastic bag and wrapped inside in a transparent bag similar to the one quilts are sold in. On examination, the jacket appeared damp. I figured it might just be the cold weather getting it wet, but looking at the label it definitely stood out. The paper on the label has really peeled off. I just hung my jacket on a chair to air it out a bit. It doesn't smell or anything. Not sure if they clean them before shipping or if it could be due to moisture. As for the actual quality of the jacket, it's a Christmas present so I won't know until it's been worn and tested (I'll update - while the jacket is great and my friend commented on how warm it is) but she looks very good and shipped quickly.
