Review on 🥗 Weight Management through Portion Control Healthy Eating by Micheal Esquivel

I am a bariatric patient. I have to measure everything I eat and drink to make sure I'm getting the right nutrients. I can eat almost 1/2 cup of food at a time. This bowl makes it easy to measure without extra measuring cups or my food scale. It's easy to clean, durable and dishwasher safe. I also like that it looks like any other adult porcelain bowl. Many bariatric patients use infant carriers and paraphernalia. I hate this. I'm an adult. I am using the correct China. This bowl is awesome!
