I would probably make a shoe purchase online again.
I was happy with the online purchase. Shop fittings would probably be 10.5 wide. Give me a little more fingers and breadth. Appearance is fine. Next to the picture in the shopping cart. Again, for a shop design I'm not sure I would have chosen black and might have looked at other brands.
