And you can imagine my shock when I found out that one of the speakers at the second morning's session did not charge either. As a direct consequence of this, I had to go to the customer support center once more, endure a lengthy wait, and ultimately wait two months for a refund. How are you able to sell slag of such poor quality? Even after a year has passed, this model has not undergone any significant changes. Even while I still have access to a few inexpensive Chinese speakers in my arsenal, even inexpensive Chinese speakers do not allow themselves to produce work of this caliber after working for two years. I was offered to replace the battery for a fee with a different type, with a lithium-ion 18650, this will almost double capacity, well, the quality of the batteries, according to them, is better. When I asked the employees what to do with the second column, since its autonomy is also in doubt, but I don't want to hand it over, they suggested that I replace the battery. However, I don't want to. This procedure costs one-half as much as the column 6000r did to complete. It is unclear why this is not completed as part of the guarantee.
