The bottle arrived wrapped in a crazy amount of tape and the product was split inside the bottle. After removing the tape, the bottle and cap were so sticky that they couldn't be removed and everything stuck to it. Even after shaking the bottle, the liquid returns to the bottle shown in the photo and the liquid separates, indicating a defective and/or expired product.
