I bought this to use on a convention suit because it contained Prime and the Kryolan liquid paint I ordered wouldn't arrive on time. It applies evenly but works well in small areas. I've used it on my face, shoulders and arms and while I've had no problems using it on my face, it was very difficult to get an even layer on my arms and shoulders, even with multiple coats. The consistency can be adjusted by the amount of water used - I have found that a pasty consistency works best. An open-pored sponge or brush works much better than a dense makeup sponge, although you'll still need to apply multiple coats to avoid streaks or smudges. It's also very see-through with just one coat, so even if you managed to get an even coat the first time, you'll need another one or two to get truly white skin. It took me about 2.5 hours to get the desired effect. The end result suited me perfectly, but I wouldn't recommend it for covering large areas other than the face and neck. I probably wouldn't end up using it again because it's a lot easier for me to use liquid, but if you want to make a simple suit or use it for general makeup then it will probably serve you well.
