This is a nice lightweight vest that does the job perfectly. It is comfortable to wear. The straps on the sides are adjustable so that the vest does not ride up or move when you run. The pocket is convenient for keys, gels or phone. Most importantly, the vest is highly reflective. See photo front (reflective only) and rear (LED strips included). The LEDs are easy to reach (a little over the shoulder) so they can be turned on while running. I usually turn them on all the time and don't blink, but you can blink too. They take watch batteries and come with an extra set of batteries. (My first kit isn't dead yet.) It also comes with a neon yellow drawstring storage bag, which I use to store all of my protective gear along with my gym bag.
