The most useful thing is how easy it makes sending personalized emails to our target customers in one go as we like, without having any manual work required - which was time consuming before. There are so many features available but customization process could be improved if they add that option of creating custom variables by using excel formulas for example instead of going through their GUI builder interface. This tool has helped me reduce my administrative workload immensely when doing mass mailing campaigns. So much quicker than doing them manually! I like that you can customize your emails, it's easy to set up all of our different campaigns for each product we sell. You also have an option to use A/B testing which is great when trying new products or features. It has been super difficult using this tool in comparison to Mailchimp and other tools. They need to make things easier! We are able to send targeted emails to specific customers who purchase certain items from us. This really helped increase sales after implementing into our business.
