As other reviewers have said, you don't get the product IN THE PICTURE. The tweezers pictured were my absolute favorite but they must have discontinued them, like i couldn't find it anywhere for several years it looks like they made a new version here with four diamonds a bit wider they work about the same as the old ones my only problem is that due to the fact that it's wider hurts me if you use your fingertips you should really update the photo!I'm so disappointed but I'm one of those people who can never have too many tweezers so the price was good for that, what i got .I want to stress that these tweezers are pretty much only good for plucking hairs especially eyebrow hairs.My friend tried to use them for things like splinters and such Use, they are not medical tweezers.
