Best pillow I have ever slept on

I've been sleeping on it for about two months now and haven't had a single crunch in my neck, soreness or pain. When I fall asleep on a different pillow, these symptoms return and I realize how good that pillow really is. I highly recommend it IF the following applies to you: You've always preferred a much firmer pillow to a softer one. and soft. They mainly sleep on their backs and sides (rather than their stomachs). You NEED strong neck support from the base of your head to your actual neck, and you don't mind feeling like everything is squeezed tight. It doesn't feel like it constricts or necessarily supports the lower part of your neck, but it does. I find it very comfortable, in addition to not effectively waking me up from pain. According to the package leaflet, it may take up to 2 weeks for you to get used to the pillow. Pain or muscle discomfort may occur during this time. you adapt I haven't experienced it, but I had an adjustment period of a few weeks. This is because you cannot toss and turn with this pillow as easily as you can with other pillows, including other pillows with memory foam, as this pillow is so well shaped that there is really only one way to sit on your back . , and only in this way you fit into his "cradle" and onto your side. So with each movement you have to change your body position on the mattress more than on other pillows or change the position of the pillow underneath you to stay on the part of the pillow you should be lying on. on the. It was annoying and I had my ears pressed hard against the high parts sticking out on either side of the hollow where your neck goes, but you can get used to it. I'm still moving as much as I always have, but readjusting has become second nature to me and I no longer notice when I'm falling asleep or at night, like you're avoiding rest or cravings. too hard for my own hair, even in my sleep. It can happen, but your body automatically adjusts to the uncomfortable position. If you find this adjustment period too strenuous and less structured pillows work well, I would not try this pillow as it will simply disappoint you. . But if you have constant, debilitating neck pain that nothing seems to help, including chiropractors, then you might want to give it a try and be patient while your body adjusts. Not sure how important this is, but I have a relatively thin neck (13 1/4 inches) and wear a medium/size 7 1/8 (22 1/4 head circumference) hat. If you had a much thicker neck or a larger head, the pillow could potentially weigh you down a lot more, which could detract from your experience, FYI.
