This shampoo covers and conditions your gray hair and will make your head hairless in about a month! When I first used it I was so happy and excited but pretty soon my hair started falling out and now you can see my scalp which I hate! But that's not the only damage, I also have these very small and painful pimples on my scalp that itch and burn and big white flakes! I stopped using shampoo and started taking mega doses of biotin and vitamins every day but it was no use! The other thing I don't understand is that what little hair I have left has turned into ugly curly hair, I'm so upset, frustrated and shocked. As also said in one of the other reviews, having gray hair is better than none at all! This shampoo is a disaster!
