One of the dangers of walking my two large dogs is that there's always a good chance they'll independently decide to go in opposite directions, which I do I got the MCL stretch when I wasn't doing anything that I thought was remotely athletic. I decided to rehabilitate him myself as now is not the right time to go to a medical facility and although I told myself that the RICE method works I still had pain and difficulty walking and had to be very careful its just going straight - 360 degree compass, 12:00 no matter how you think about it. I knew I needed support and ordered this knee brace. I'm very happy with the support and stability it offers and it's a lot more comfortable than the elastic I used. I walk daily (no dogs so far) and hope to be able to walk again in a few weeks. I love this brace - not only has it allowed me to return to my active lifestyle, but it prevents weird twists and turns during treatment and prevents re-injury. Highly recommended.
