My daughter loves it but it arrived broken and when I tried to contact the seller I felt like I just didn't follow the instructions. Not a single sound would come out of it. Luckily my husband is good at fixing things and was able to take it apart and found that the wire had come loose and he had to re-solder it. I wouldn't recommend this product just because the seller was simply implying that I couldn't do well with a kids gaming mic if the problem was really poor workmanship.
