Nothing special, but it's nothing special just works. I use it to set up a close range mic for a seated performance. It works well. The cable looks better than a regular all black XLR mic cable. The braided look is nice (and hopefully lasts longer than the inevitably crumpled/folded and eventually broken XLR cables of the past). One downside (in the product specs) is that it's a short cable which limits where and how it can be used, especially as most stage performances require a decent length from mixer to mic. However, the length is sufficient for home use.
