I had the EB11 version of these headphones, I used them 3 hours a day while driving to work and I really liked them. I bought these thinking they would be a good upgrade when my first pair finally breaks. Opened them last week and didn't get a good listening experience at all. The battery life is much less. The original pair lasts a week on a single charge, while the new ones don't last more than a day. Also, many have the same pairing issues. Tried the solution mentioned in these reviews though. i am success Manufacturer contacted, no reply received. I think I'm done buying headphones from this brand.
