For my job, I am required to wear a plastic insert of the ball cap, to help avoid hitting overhead metal bracing and pipes while working in tighter areas.

This hat looks great, and would work perfect for everyday wear.but I bought it to wear at my job, but the internal headband is about 1/2 inch too short, not allowing the plastic insert to sit fully inside the band, so I have to continually adjust the insert any time I remove my hat during the day.
