Absolute junk, best in sticky vinyl

Item arrived crumpled so most of it is already unusable and wasted. I've tried cutting a good section and cutting it with my commercial Graphtec vinyl cutter but it doesn't cut cleanly and is just rubbish. NOW I find out they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Unless you can hand cut what you need, avoid this line of items.
