Review on 🍺 Handcrafted Old Dutch Hammered Copper Mug with Nickel Lining by Shawn Jimenez

I bought a plain mug as a birthday present last weekend and it is beautiful. I ordered 2 embossed mugs for another birthday gift and they arrived today. They are hand forged (which I should have understood). They look good from the side of the table, but near the point they are very uniform - almost like polka dots. If the cups were for me I would return them and get the smooth ones. I like the rustic look of hammered copper, but the uniformity annoys me. A very small detail for most people. The tarnishing, nickel plating that reviewers talk about, is normal for copper. It's supposed to eventually wash out/dissolve as you use them (instead of the display).
