I figured the new printer's original cartridges would be low on ink, so I bought a set of 4 cartridges about a month after I got the printer up and running. Today was the first day I had to use one of the cartridges (black of course) and no matter what I did the cartridge is not compatible. I have reset the cartridge settings, reset the menu several times and the cartridge is not recognized. I'm starting tax season and don't have time to spend another 2 hours to get it working. I want to return for a full refund so I can purchase HP inks for the printer.
