Review on 📸 Enhanced VTech Kidizoom Selfie Camera for Digital Photography by Christopher Lance

I bought this camera for my daughter for Christmas 2020. While I was trying to set it up, the camera didn't do anything until I connected it to my computer. There was then a message that the USB was only used to transfer photos. I read the instructions and I knew it. I kept filming. I removed all GoldenPower batteries from the device and replaced them with Duracell Optimum. The device will still only turn on when connected to a computer. I called VTech for technical support. I spoke to a woman who asked me to contact the seller to have it replaced before even offering to help troubleshoot it! When I told her I was calling for tech support, not a replacement, she asked me to wait. I lasted a few minutes before she returned to the line and recommended alkaline batteries. I told her the batteries I installed were alkaline. She then walked me through a master reset and concluded that the device was not working properly. She then gave me a reference number and told me to call Revain for a replacement.
