Perfect! on my review.

This bench/ stepper is absolutely perfect! It’s very sturdy and had space for a few hand weights and my bands. There are notches for retention bands, some space for a few hand weights ect, and three levels of incline. The stepper raises and lowers with buttons on the side and the step raisers in the colors fold under the bench securely when you decide to lower. It’s absolutely perfect money well spent!
