Revainrating 4 out of 5

4/5 for questionable claims and no zip ties

This USB charger is ok considering the price. I very seriously doubt it can deliver the full 2.4A on both ports and didn't even get it on one port. According to my calculations I got about 1.5-1.6A. The battery pack shows a charging current of 1.2A when the phone is on and the app is running, this does not include the current the phone is currently using which is around 350mA when idle and with the screen on. I used different cables (not the one in the photo) to test this. Even if it wasn't enough, it's still enough for charging when using maps and music, so I don't care. They give you 2 zip ties per pack which is a joke because I used about 7 of these and it was economical. IDK, what do they expect you to use these 2 for, or maybe they want you threading them through an existing loom or wrapping them around a frame. This might not be such a big deal to some because you've probably already had a lot of zip ties (like me), but this is literally the cheapest part that comes in the kit. I don't feel like they will break to put 6 more zip ties in there for people to properly manage their wiring. It would be nice if the connector was recessed into the box to reduce the overall length with the cable attached. This made it bulkier than it should be, but that's not a problem for my setup. It's ugly but functional. The voltage reading seems accurate.
