Great for kids!

I bought it for my daughter. This is her first pair of hiking shoes. She said they are not heavy and comfortable. We took her camping and she was everywhere! Climb rocks and jump in puddles. Her feet stayed dry and after the mud dried they were very easy to clean. I took a size up because after 2 months I didn't want to wear boots anymore. I recommend!
