Review on 👟 Cross Walker Walking Shoes in Black by Propet by Patrick Mccall

These are probably the best running shoes I didn't even know existed. To be honest I thought these were "grandmother's" shoes because I wasn't familiar with the Prophet brand. After ordering so many shoes over 15 years (mainly Skechers) they are now at the top of my list. I thought I had to order more, but I was wrong). COMPARISON? These shoes look much better than the pictures. They look like New Balances but feel like Nike shoes because the upper is made of real leather. Every shoe I've ever ordered has been covered in fabric and these were actually leather which was impressive. I would say they are better quality than New Balances but maybe not Nike. NARROW / SIZE? The fit was the BEST of the 15+ running shoes I've tried. NOT tight at all. I had room for my toes and didn't feel like the shoe was pinching my toes. They were true to size too, I really should have ordered my size. Even with thick socks they were too big for me as my actual size would be 8.5 but I ordered 9. I would recommend ordering your true size (or a size up if you like wearing ridiculously thick socks). RUBBER. SOLE/ARC SUPPORT These shoes have a HARD rubber outsole that is made of REAL RUBBER. No annoying logos, all shoes are black except for the rubber sole which is brown (as shown in the product images). This shoe offers decent arch support that doesn't have too much (to hurt your feet) or cushioning. minuses? The biggest downside to these shoes is that they are PICKED. If you walk on the parquet floor and move quickly, you may hear a creak. It may go away over time, but I don't know. Maybe rubber and leather don't go well together. Also, the laces are a bit flimsy and I would probably swap them out for better laces if I had to be picky. OVERVIEW Of all the shoes I've bought and returned, I recommend these shoes and this pair from Skechers (link for women: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AH0EL3O). Both shoes are well made and comfortable to wear. I know the Prophet brand is new to some (like me), but if you've tried everything else then it's worth considering. Hope that helps :)
