Update: I have increased the star rating. The seller contacted me and credited me with 30% of the purchase price because they could not replace a defective candle. I'm very happy with this solution as I didn't want to return a set. They are too pretty and the different party cases are just too much fun! Original review: I love these candles! You are great for once. Unfortunately, the largest of the 3 candles is defective. The battery compartment springs are not positioned correctly. One battery compartment has 2 springs and the other battery compartment has none. This prevents the batteries from being placed in the compartment, preventing the largest candle from being lit. I wrote to the seller but received no reply. I really want to keep these candles as it seems this variety is no longer available and a set of 6 is too expensive. It's a shame, but I'll be sending them back. I can't justify spending close to $30 when one of the candles doesn't even work.
