Installed on 2018 WR250R

Works great on WR250R. The installation instructions are a bit generic so here are the basic steps for WRR.1. You need to remove the seat and plastic on both sides and unscrew the gas tank. You don't have to unplug the tank, but you do have to lift it up to thread the cable underneath.2. Locate the speed sensor 3-pin connector on the left side of the bike (see image).3. Disconnect the 3-pin speed sensor and simply plug the device's 3-pin connectors into the appropriate male and female ends to essentially "connect" it. Locate the brake light switch (also a 3-pin connector) (see fig.).5. Towards the front of the bike, cover the 3 wires coming out of the hitch with a piece of plastic wrap. You will need to cut the plastic wrap to get the BROWN wire.6. Connect the red/black wire from the device to the brown wire using the plastic couplers provided. Although it says you must strip the wire, with these taps you don't have to.7. Locate the ECU on top of the motorcycle towards the reader. It will be a plastic connector with tons of wires coming out of it. Locate the ORANGE wire that will be on the far right side of the bike.8. Connect the GREEN/BLACK wire from the device to the ORANGE wire using a plastic coupler.9. The hard part. Slide the device through the bike and up to the dashboard so it's secure and doesn't twitch. There are different routes you can take. I went under the tank, through the frame, up the left side with the wires there and then went to the right side of the dash. All the wires are LONG ENOUGH so you'll have to get creative with how to fold the slack and secure with zip ties. The only problem I have is that the actual indicator is quite big to overcome some of the bottlenecks. 10. Assemble the bike and follow the assembly instructions. I did it on a stand, but you can also do it while driving. It works great and I would buy it again. The only downside is that it's all one piece. I've seen others where the indicator part is a separate connection to the rest of the wiring/connectors - this would make threading it through the bike easier.
