After I emailed nutritionist Almased, she gave me some of the best ideas on what small food I am.

It was very difficult for me to start this diet. Fasting when you only drink Almased and eat nothing was too much for me. I felt hungry, dizzy, from it. After trying for a day, I switched to breakfast each day and then to two Almased shakes. I also had to add a small amount of food as I was still starving and this made weight loss a bit difficult. After I wrote a letter to Almased's nutritionist and she gave me some better ideas of what small pieces of food to add (sliced turkey, broccoli, almonds), the weight loss began. seems to be losing all the time now. I don't lose as easily as some say, but that's okay. It's been a little over 2 months and I've lost 15 pounds. I only had to lose 10 to be happy. So now I'm VERY happy and I don't mind losing 5 more! UPDATE: It's been 5 months and I've lost 25 pounds! And it was pretty easy! I'm so happy!
