Excellent step stool. The quality is beyond any doubt, everything is beautiful and uncomplicated. I give it 1 star because every piece was covered in fiberglass/dust. WHY?! It was packaged well, but all of the contents, including the packaging foam, plastic, and chair components, were covered in fiberglass particles. I'm allergic to fiberglass particles so my hands and arms were soon covered with a rash that was on my pants and shirt. There is nothing more to say than beware of buying if you are sensitive to fiber optics. Obviously this came from the manufacturer and not necessarily the seller.
