The bedspread is beautiful. I chose a salmon color with a darker salmon thread for the top seam. I like that it covers the bottom and is in the corners. My disappointment is how poor the top stitching is in several areas. The seams on the bottom of the case are flawless. The errors on the top could be where the ends of the threads were left and simply untied while continuing the embroidery. But some of them just look like the bobbin voltage on the sewing machine has been turned off and the top of the cover is actually the embroidery side of the bobbin. I have a seam ripper next to my bed and I'll see how well I can clean it at some point. On the whole route there can be about 30 areas tied with knots. The seams on the cushions are perfect. I haven't read any complaints about this being a problem for others. The set has a simple elegance and is available in a beautiful variety of colours. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. That is beautiful. Knotted threads may not be the norm, and over time I seem to notice fewer and fewer mistakes. From a distance, these spots draw my attention because the extra thread creates dark areas in the pattern.
