Prepaid SIM card required

Recently the county sheriff came to our home and told us that someone was on our property and was arrested for robbery. We've come a very long way and we didn't even know anyone was on our territory. Reolink go seemed to be the best option as the street has no power or network connection for the security camera. The only thing that made this camera only 4 stars is that it is not intuitive how to set up the cellular network for the camera. The Reolink site says you can use AT&T. The only problem is that you need a prepaid SIM and you can't add it to your AT&T cellular plan. After some communication with reolink support, which was quick and helpful, I got the camera working. You need to buy a FreedomPop SIM card. Link to purchase from Revain below. Activate the SIM card on the FreedomPop website. It will tell you that you need to set up an APN. But as far as I understand, this was not necessary. Once the camera was able to get a good cellular signal, I was able to connect to the camera using the Reolink app. I hope this helps others set up a SIM card. Update: I bought a $15 64GB micro SD card and put it in the camera. This saves a few seconds when discovering a concept. The following SIM card offers you unlimited service for three months. It works fine on the AT&T network and gets 4G service where I have a camera. I also bought a solar panel right away. So far I haven't seen the battery drop below 98% and it's been pretty cloudy lately. All of this was a good buy and meets my needs for a wireless security camera. Upgrading to 5 stars because the SIM card issue isn't that big of a deal if you know what to do. /ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1542875103&sr=8-3&keywords=freedompop
