I love how it makes my life easier as an owner/coordinator! It's easy to share with other people within our organization (and external).

Easy customization options make creating multiple types or formats easily manageable. Not all features are available in most versions that we have access too but their customer service team has been very helpful at getting us help whenever needed when trying out new product iterations. Having customizable views allows me to organize things according to different needs without making many changes if there isn't much usage right away so this helps during off times where not everyone will be needing them every day!
