I am 5'7". usually wear 14/16 or 0x/1x. It is my opinion these may run a little large in the waist. I have to take them to be altered - taken in at the waist about 2'" and shortened about 2" off the bottom. I don't wear heels over about 1 1/2" any more. So that added about $30 to the cost. But then, I liked them enough to do that. They are somewhat thin, but I didn't see my skin or undies through them. They are large legged (as "palazzo" pants should be) and hang nicely once they were hemmed! I washed them in the delicate/handwash cycle and tumbled dry on low and air dry. They did fine. The color is a true black. which is also nice. Do wish they had pockets. I will update should new info seem useful.
