I know I have a big head so I'm not going to talk about how tight it is. But I mean, I don't think it would work like it's supposed to for someone with long hair. My hair, when it's straight, is barley-colored the length of my ear, and there's almost no room left in it. It still does the job, you just need to thicken the hair underneath.
