I haven't been able to catch a fir for over a month. I received this iron on January 30th and was finally able to try it out yesterday, March 29th, 2021. What a huge MISTAKE! I can't return it. The handle is so incredibly thick that I can't hold it comfortably. (I ironed embarrassingly for many years - I've had many irons) Since I can't hold it down, the setting changes every few seconds because my finger hits the settings bar. The steam function makes a very loud, unpleasant noise. The lessons I've learned are: Always try a product as soon as possible, even if it's from Electrolux and Electrolux doesn't seem to make quality products anymore.
