Know what to expect when you buy this shelf - it's a cheap shelf but it does the job. I liked this one because the top shelf is open and can hold larger books. It consists of three shelves, two side and three rear struts. The parts are held together with built in pins and screws/cams. Comes with an L bracket, two screws and a drywall anchor to attach the shelf to the wall. Be sure to secure the shelf! I screwed the strut into the stud (recommended) so I can't comment on the quality of the anchor. I removed the star because exactly two screws and two lever locks were missing from my package. The shelves that are missing screws are still supported by pins, so it's functional, but for $50 or more, the missing screws bug me a bit. Overall, however, it makes a very durable impression. There was no cosmetic damage to my shelf, cheers. The screws are attached to the side of the shelf and the holes are clearly visible, so buy some white stickers with the screws that bother you.
