This is the first watch with a fitness tracker that I have ever owned. We bought two, one for me and one for my husband. The destinations aren't the best and we had a problem when I had an Apple IPhone and my husband had an Android. We sat on the couch with the watch but his watch and phone refused to sync next to my iPhone. He got out and went into the bedroom and it was immediately connected. It does everything you would buy an Apple smartwatch for, but without the crazy price tag. It tracks your heart rate and sleep patterns, which is what we were really looking for. The watch features relax/cooldown mode, sport, heart rate, alarm clock, timer, music control and sport recording. Overall accurate and waterproof, and good quality for the price.
