Review on Shared Services Canada by James Pope

I can use my email anywhere at anytime without worrying about data storage. I can use multiple office locations, home, and even the cloud. It's easy to learn how to use everything. The only thing I really don't like is the fact that I have to use a different email address at work than where I use it at home and where it's stored in the cloud. I use this email program to communicate with other departments and coworkers. It helps that I use it for personal email and business email as well. It was great that we could use our existing IT staff as well which saved us time in hiring new people but it did not save money since they already had employees there so this would need more training of their own personnel before using them again! I think if you have someone who knows what s/w needs are then go ahead with these types because SSC has been able help me every step along way when needed.
