The support team helped me out when I had an issue with our shopping cart not working as it should have done. They really got things sorted for us very fast! It was good to know someone else were looking over my shoulder to ensure that all issues we faced where resolved. I wish there could be more people like this so I didn't need to worry about every technical aspect while trying new products/solutions - but they would cost even more than R &W do now :) Highly recommended! A bit expensive (as any software provider will be) but worth investing if you're running into problems when getting your shop up and functional. The benefit being you can use their expertise across multiple platforms to help resolve future issues - which are always difficult without some experience yourself because each platform behaves slightly differently! We have been working with RW for over 5 years now, we've had multiple projects with them. They are very professional, reliable and easy to work with.They always deliver what they promise. Nothing really. It's all good! They do great work and always deliver. Their prices are fair and they are not the cheapest but they are competitively priced. If you need quality and reliability then go for it.
