I measured my wife's hips and got 24 1/2 inches. The straps at the back of the thighs are fully extended to support this size. Depending on if you wear them HIGH on your hips, your hips are exactly 24 1/2 LARGE. You can't widen the waistbands in the back, you can only tighten them. My wife wears these low on her hips and the hips give her about 1/2 movement. in the thighs. HIGH QUALITY LEATHER The leather is very soft and supple. The zippers are oversized and look very strong, the waist I wouldn't even bother with other than getting a general fit because the waist has a leather expander detail that allows it to expand more. The quality is what I have come to expect from a Biker branded product however it is not as THICK as some of the Biker leathers BUT still very good quality. They have a liner and are probably 34 inches long. > BUT looking at them, the bottom can be cut to the right length without sacrificing appearance, style or functionality. Bought for my wife but with the quality I need for men now.
